Delivery Processing Time
All orders placed before 12:30pm are processed the same day, any orders placed after the 12:30pm cut off will be processed the next day.
Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges vary dependent on the product you choose, the amount charged will be visible on the product page.
Our products are sent out straight from our suppliers and delivery costs will be either £7.95 or £24.95 dependant on the product chosen.
You will only be charged one delivery fee per order.
We’re happy to be able to offer FREE Delivery on orders over £500

Delivery Times
Please allow 3 Working Days from your order being processed, we will try to inform you of an expected delivery date via phone or email.

Delivery Confirmation
You will received an email letting you know your order has been processed, if you have not received an email please check your junk mail before contacting us.

Damages
When you receive your item, if the packaging shows signs of damage please take pictures of the packaging before opening in case the product has been damaged. Please send us these images asap, the quicker we receive the images the easier it is for us to deal with.

International Delivery Policy
Unfortunately due to the recent Brexit changes, we are not currently shipping to addresses outside of the UK.
